From their own site:
To use 1Way, all you have to do is:

* Put the DLL in the Windows System directory
* Add the function headers to your code, so that your program can call the functions
* Call AppSetupTrial to set up a trial period and AppStatus to check the number of days remaining.
* AppRegister registers it using a key generated by GetSerial
