There is a chance of it but it is very small. In any case it will be better to get an original table and open it in Arabic Enabled Windows. However it seems that the result will be the same.
Perhaps you are right that DOS application uses some utility to display Arabic text. For example when we used MS DOS up to 6.0 we need install special third-party utility to correctly display symbols of 866 codepage.
