I can't explain the scenario too much but there were rumors flying left and right. It all is starting to sink in and I just can't believe it.

Last night (our time here is 8 hrs advanced from the US) while watching BBC, I was contemplating to post my sympathy here in this forum but with reservations. Good thing Eric started this thread. To those who lost their loved ones in the World Trade Center, et al tragedies, in behalf of Filipino members of Foxite, we are with you in your sorrow and bereavement. My wife cried a lot and I was holding back my tears. Deep inside me I bleed for a simple reason: I love life. And a life lost in a way caused by some heinous act is despicable be it anywhere -- in my place, in Africa, in the Middle East, in Europe, in the US or in any part of this world. Why can't we realized that we are just a wire away? We are neighbours. What happens on my left affects my right. Remember, whatever we do, good or otherwise, are all accounted for and there will always be the time of reckoning.
