The objectives of this forum, and all others like it, is to offer peer-to-peer help and support to fellow developers. The major benefit is the exchange of ideas and techniques, and different approaches to the solution of problems.
As far as I know it has never been any part of the rationale for this, (or any other forum for that matter), to provide complete, custom solutions for individuals.
By definition such fora would have very limited value since the solutions would only be applicable to one person and one situation. Apart from anything else, consider how such a forum would operate....
"
I need software for something I am doing for which I expect to be get paid (or credit, or advancement...) but for which I am not prepared to pay anything. Here are my requirements...."
Who would support such a place? No-one here gets anything for the time they put in or for the support that they provide, and Eric (altruistically) runs the site largely at his own expense!
