Hi from Pete,
As always I am not 100% of what mechanics you are using... however:
In a view in multi-user environments.....

Ensure that in you Main.prg (startup program) you have
SET EXCLUSIVE OFF
SET REPROCESS TO 25 && or something reasonable

The view in question in the database container first ensure you can browse it.

You should just be able to issue:
Open Mydatabase
Use Myview

You may wish to try:
Open Mydatabase SHARED
Use Myview

Try setting the forms Datasession = 2 && for Private

You can trouble shoot this on your local machine by opening 2 instances of VFP
and in the command window issue the commands manually to see if you can
in a multi-user environment share the database and the view.

Let me know if this helps ?
