There are two users. Admin & User. I want to block Bonus calculation to User. Is there any way? How I can use SKIP FOR in this condition?

Go to http://www.aksel.com/genmenux/default.htm and download GenmenuX (it's free) and use that instead of the native VFP menu generator (You need to specify it in Tools->options->file locations). When you use this as your menu generator, the options that you don't want people to be able to use will not even be visible for them.

GenMenuX comes with documentation on how to use it.
