Well, all of these commands are explained independently on their own topics - unless explicitly stated in the topic, there is no difference whether they are executed directly in VFP or via OLEDB. It is still the same command!

I don't know of any other source than the Microsoft Help file or MSDN Knowledgebase (which Stefan pointed you to)
