I have a path stored in an ini file with an ending backslash.

eg C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\<br />
I can't figure out how to get the folder above that one with a backslash

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\<br />
Can someone help with a small line of code please.
