Nishant,

Are you sure you wish to do this? As I have gotten older I find that, for some strange reason, my favorite font on a report is 12. I also like to see lots of white space on a report. I think age might be affecting my eyes (either that, or printers are now printing smaller fonts blurry.) Think us old fellows whose eyes are not what they used to be when you create those reports with narrow fonts.

My suggestion would be to re-think the report. Do you need ALL of that information on the report? Would two reports be better? If a report is serving two purposes you may find that, because it is displaying too much information, it is serving both of these purposes somewhat poorly. You may be better off creating two reports each of which is specially built for a specific purpose. Each report would have only the information you need for that report.
