Hi Pete from the Great White North,
The conversion you want, in the format you mentioned above
"one hundred dollars", is not available in Visual FoxPro.
VFP has two functions that you can look up:
STR()
VAL()

Now to your specific requirement:
You will have to write a custom program to perform this
task. I have one already written I think at home and
used it for an accounting program to write cheques, so
if I entered in 101.45
You get out "One Hundred and One Dollars" the cents goes as 45
