you can create a help file with many methods
1-HTML help like the VFP9 foxhelp.You need html help workshop to download at MSDN
learn in SDK how to create a help file (compiled).
Google "html help workshop msdn" and you have all downloads for this.
This file with extension CHM can be decompiled with software ,modified and recompiled.

2-you can create your help with a summary and many html hyperlinks with any software like Frontpage...

3-Acrobat writer can also create a help file with a left pannel (links,thumbnails..)
and the pages linked in right. It is easy to create a title and link to the axact create manually page ).

4.the most old method is the DBF help-see Foxhelp.
