I believe if you are using Windows 2000, XP, or 2003; that is already incorporated. To check click on start, run, type gpedit.msc, enter and the Group Policy will open. It is actually like a built-in "tweaker" of windows. You are an admin?, you decide on what policy you would like to implement. Aside from what Glenn said, there are a lot of things that can be set there such as hiding specific drives, removing hardware tabs, etc.
