Jun is right, GPEDIT.MSC is within Windows XP Professional AFAIK. If someone is using this OS, he has this advantage of configuring his local policies. In Windows 98, I think it is POLEDIT instead of GPEDIT.
Stefan is also right, the Acer.exe included in my example is just an ordinary exe file just like any other exe files.
The questioner's post was actually IMHO... a little vague don't you think. :-) Since the Category contains "Computer Management", I just wanted to share to him a little trick that I'd learned from my friends though it wasn't the actual answer to his post. Somehow he may find that useful when the need for such configuration arises.
