C'mon, man, let's get to reality.... There are a lot of things VFP does better than other languages, and, for sure, a lot of things VFP can't do as well as other languages. Most important is to choose the right tool for the right job. I read a saying: 'when the only tool you have is a hammer, all the things looks like nails'.
In my oppinion, this is what most VFP programmers try to do: to use the same tool for every job. And this is a mistake.
