From there you go for steps like, select this open document as your current document. You then locate your contact list as your source (set the field(s) you want on the document for dynamically changes). Now all you have to do is to merge them. Depends on how you selected from the beginning, either you want to send through the emails or print them out. Hope this helps. Celtin's code would be great to exam too. That way we can understand more in details about the code working behind. Thanks Celtin.

Not sure if he wants to go by Mr Basoz or Cetin. For me, I like to call the people I know by their first names (like friends, co-workers, siblings, relatives and so on). Some people I first met and quite in the old fashion (probably from another generation), I would greet them by their last names like "Good morning Dr. Johnson or Mr. Smith, how are you doing today?). Oh well, I'm feeling old now. Right Anders???
Have a nice day to you!

Tai Nguyen.
