Not clear, what do want to do exactly. What is your "encode" or "attach" mean exactly?

Anyway, as a text, yes, you can add a table to contents of an EditBox.
If you wish to see the table as is in your form, then you may use ReachText control; also Shell Explorer Control allow you to view the entire MSWord document, etc.
