Hi Mike, pls check the reply of Pete for thread 20102. It is not exactly what you are asking for but I think you can get some idea of how to determine an app. is running or not. Of course, the idea might not help your current situation but for your future app., you can apply such technique to allow you to check the running status of your app. in a network environment. HTH.
