i will try. since i am in india this s/w is not easily available in indian market. but will demo version take care of my smallest requirement?

> One solution is to use some third party utilities. You can save your report file as VFP report. Then when the user generates reports, he has the ability to save as Word/Excel or HTML file. For this you can use the utility FRX2ANY. A demo version of this can be downloaded from foxite download site.
