Hi,

If you have the time and conditions to respond that's the best you can do to:

1 - The community
New people bring new ideas.
New people bring new questions.

Sometimes, some ideas or beliefs become definitive trues in certain groups.
When someone new comes, other people are obliged to think again on certain solutions.

2 - To yourself
When you answer to questions, you have to organize your thoughts, and rethink and better elaborate your ideas in order to make them understandable to other members. Very often I start writing an answer, and finish by writing something completely different from my original idea.

After you start participating asking, answering and discussing in a group, your ideas will become more consistent. Apart from this, the interaction between you and the other members will help you grow in all ways.
