Can anybody help me ? I want to generate hierarchical representation of Account Groups in the activex treeview control.

I have a table Gtree.dbf (attached herewith) in which account groups data has stored which is having the following structure :

Gcode N(5) && unique code of group
Parent Logical && TRUE if it is a parent group
Gname C(40) && group name
Under_Grp N(5) && value of sub-parent group
Atlast N(5) && value of ultimate parent group

I want Output like this in the treeview control :
