Thanks for the help.

I upgraded the Windows Installer to 4.5 and received the same error.

Pending your next reply, I'll be reinstalling VFP9 UPGRADE and SP1, and see if that works.

> Yes, it is VFP9 main version. Probably your Windows itself should be updated with recent patches.
