We have a Xerox Centre 4150 (copier) that sometimes it says paper jam but it didn't jam at all when we open all doors to check. We then closed all doors and then it started to print that copy again. How do we fix this problem? Another thing is how do we know what part of the hardware went back and needed to be replaced? We already upgraded the firmware but didn't seem to work. Thanks.
