Hi,
what about this:

select ;
  a.id,
  a.sales_date, a.sales_amount,;
  b.purchase_date, b.purchase_amount ;
from ;
  sales as a, purchase as b;
where ;
  a.id = b.id ;
into cursor repo1

* and then
select repo1
report form ...

Where report contain 4 fields...
