yes, here is what i have in the main prg.
set path to d:\bform, ;
d:\bprogs
_screen.visible=.f.
do form M:\common\foxpro\mthend\forms\bnkstmt\Bindex
read events

SET SYSMENU TO defau
release all
clear all
_screen.visible=.t.

here is what i have in the form which is setup as a top level form
in init:
do menu1.mpr with this,.t.
in destroy:
clear read
