Hi Koen

Almost ready with rebuild and reinstall the PC. I will try it on the end of this day,
unless I'm going to skate :)
Never the less, I think I will try a variant, cause the table has 165 fields.

Add fields to an existing table was not the problem.

So:

I make a copy structure extend from the table (mytable_struc)

******** code
open database mydbc

If not inDBC(mytable)
create mytable from mytable_struc
index on .........
endif

As far I can see(think) it is the same, but easyer because there is no need
to define 165 fields.
Do you agree?

Regards,

Rob
