This is not an application that is appropriate for VFP. This is something that you need to do through Windows security settings or anti-spyware software.

The first and most important thing you need to do is remove the EVERYONE user from the list of users with access to your C: directory. Make sure you have the SYSTEM and ADMINISTRATOR users listed there with full access before you remove the EVERYONE user. Be sure to apply these changes to all subfolders.
