For example, when a user logs into a computer that is part of a Windows domain, Active Directory checks the submitted password and determines whether the user is a system administrator or normal user.[1]

If I manage to convince them that we need to maintain the Login for the vfp application can

the resriction placed via the menu options (i.e skip ) be instead incorporated in the AD.

For instance :

I have a menu with the undernoted options:

1. Dept
2. Branch
3. Sector

In the vfp application the menu options 1. Dept & 2. Branch are accessible to any user with

access level between 18 and 24.

If you log in to the system and your access code is higher or lower than the specified range, the

two meno options are greyed out.

How do you replicate this feature in the Active Directory for the various users.

Thanks
