It it was more for you to read the specifications of what that software does. I was not trying to sell it to you. The concept is RTF based, where all documents are stored in RTF code in memo fields and when you need to consult the document you can open it in word and make modifications and re-save it back to rft type. But this is more for active documents on active projects (project management software). You need a more of an archiving system for documents. The only issue I would see whith your design is you should not store the documents in memo fields, that would be too much, you'd need to store the path of where the document is located and use ShellExecute to open all of them.
