What you try to do with this button? just to fade-out the form?
Not good if you ask me. If It was me I will ask you to REMOVE this immediately (or at least I must have a choice to do that). Also Keep in mind that the form has MinWidth and MinHeight properties. I didn't saw anywhere that you test for them.
Also better store you shrink faction in the int of that class and resize the form based on it, not dynamically to define it on every step.
