IMHO, that is just alright. I have been doing that as here in the Philippines I have 1 computer on my mother in-law's place, and a laptop in my house. In my work abroad, I have a unit in my apartment and another in my office. Then a USB mass storage that goes inbetween transfers. So I have been shifting the whole project or just some forms back and forth on several units that way. And so far I have never encountered a problem except that sometimes I loose track of which has the latest version.
