Dear Mr. Bernard,

Following is the error displayed when I try to run the form:

It seems, cursor is not being created. On clicking Test Connection, I get the message "The Connection was successful". Also on the Data Access page,I can see the tables in the Northwind database and select orders table. No problem anywhere, but when running the form there is no cursors (crsOrders). What am I missing? FYI, I have made a separate class and form to make the same updatable cursor from Native table (Northwind) and it is working ok.

Another issue:

I entered the following commands in VFP Command box:

oConn = SQLSTRINGCONNECT([Driver={SQL Server};server=benny\sqlexpress;database=northwind;Trusted_Connection=yes;])
? oConn
3 (a positive number) - no error

? EVALUATE(oConn)

In reply I get the error message "Function argument value, type or count is invlaid". Why?

Benny
