Amado,
Your question is very much restricted to one product, chances are that not everybody is familiar with this specific product, I can say that for sure since I at least had not heard of that product before today.

The best guess I can give is to first of all "rtfm" or, in plain english "read the fine manual" that ships with the product. See how you can capture the data that is send from this device to the PC.
Also, looking on the site of DigitalPersona I see they have many SDK's. Maybe that is what you need.
No doubt they will ship a manual with those SDK's as well.
