> When compiling an application at work I have no problems incrementing the Version Number, but when I bring this same Project home to work on it and perform a build this same feature will not function. The VFP Options between home and work are set up to match and each are upgraded thru SP4. I'm running out of idea's and would appreciate any incite. The project was NOT created using the Wizard.

The version number is stored in the project pjx+pjt file. Are you sure you copy these files from work to your home pc as well? If so, then there should not be such problem.
Search your hd for project files with the same name in folders where you don't expect them. Perhaps you copy the project file from work ok, but you open a different project file. Just some thoughts.
