Are you using fox's db(in your prev app)? and you'r planing to convert them in MsSQL 2000?
sure you can
you need SQL Explorer from Borland or if you already had Delphi (ver 5 or later) you can find it under tools menus.

but you still have to change your code (requerying, update, append, etc data) but not the form layout. because you have to connect them (your app's and the db) via ODBC. But if you use ODBC connection too to connect u'r prev DB (fox's format), you don't had to change them.
