Hi Randy,

You're in luck, there are a lot of free or low cost HTML editors to choose from. Here's a short list, in no particular order, of ones I've used or at least checked out:

HTML-Kit - http://www.chami.com/html-kit/
Nvu - http://www.nvu.com/index.php
First Page 2006 / 1st Page 2000 - http://www.evrsoft.com/
CoffeeCup HTML Editor - http://www.coffeecup.com/html-editor/
TopStyle Lite - http://www.newsgator.com/NGOLProduct.aspx?ProdId=TopStyle&ProdView=lite

Also a couple of text editors can do basic HTML editing. I like EditPlus for lots of reasons, including basic HTML editing: http://editplus.com/.

I can give you a lot of recommendations for books and online links when I get back to the office tomorrow morning.

HTH,

-Rick
