As Ken points out, changing a User's settings is generally a bad idea. Wouldn't it be better to resize your application to fit the user's screen?

Check the help for SYSMETRIC() function which allows you to determine the current resolution, and then download a Resizer (there are a couple here) so that you can adjust your forms to fit the user's screen (much better than doing it the other way :)
