Hi Syed
Have look at www.report-sculptor.com

It supports high level OOP report scripting using forms and form objects,
meaning that you can create report completely 'on the fly'. (Dynamic)

Basics of fully OOP reporting are explained here;
http://weblogs.foxite.com/reportsculptor/archive/2008/10/22/7142.aspx

In that sample I populated deatil container band by dragging/dropping fields from form DE
but you can do it programmatically at run time as well, using container standard
Add/RemoveObject methods.
You can have left side of your detail band static, and then add months you need at
the right side according to data you have.
