you can do that with vfp tool genhtml.prg but in web page(html report).
you have any table , you extract the fields you want in a cursor(maybe with some prealable operations/transforms), and execute genHtml with its parameters.
Then it generate on the fly a web page as you want.
see genhtml.prg in the vfp9 folder.This is the method:
anytable=getfile('dbf')
SELECT * FROM (anytable) INTO CURSOR ycurs &&can select what you want+transform..
*brow
do (home()+"\genhtml.prg") with  "c:\asup.html","ycurs"
&&show
DECLARE INTEGER ShellExecute IN shell32.dll ;
  INTEGER hndWin, STRING cAction, STRING cFileName, ;
  STRING cParams, STRING cDir, INTEGER nShowWin
ShellExecute(0,"open","c:\asup.html","","",1)
