The combo is writing to character field in sql server.

I have done further experiments by making the combo field as text object with the same name. yet the program persists.

I created a name field in sql to cater for that text file immediately the problem shifted to the next field.

Whilst the old text field worked.

I strongly believe the database is corrupted.

This is an exercise we have done on more than 45 forms as part of converting from the native foxpro datafile to sql server, and all have worked successfully.

The irony of it is that whilst we have 11 forms on the pageframe, all the 10 pages save successfully with the ecxeptionof page 11 which is giving us this problem.

your help please.
