Try this:
Create a new method named SetButtonCaption in Form and then:
*** Form Init Event
thisform.Grid1.ColumnWithButton.DynamicBackColor = [thisform.SetButtonCaption()]

**** Form SetButtonCaption method
thisform.Grid1.ColumnWithButton.ButtonName.Caption = IIF(Table.Locked,[LOCKED],[UNLOCKED])
RETURN thisform.Grid1.ColumnWithButton.BackColor
