And don't forget you are in INDIA :)
Speed is big issue when your user don't have good internet connection. And your server required good connection too dependent on no. of user. Data Design will be also a key role. And Finally you need to use Some Hardware/Software based firewall when you have to work with Static IP. This is my personal experience.
Who are not from INDIA for those i wana tell here in INDIA we have 2MBP's Max Connection so far. and output is
140-200 kbps download and 60-100 kbps upload only.
