Then when I want to move the PF about the screen for any reason, the new control doesn't move with the PF. (As if the control is not attached to the PF, but attached to the Form and brought forward.)

Place your object on the Form.
Then drag this object on a page of the pageframe that will seem to be a part of it.
The control of course belong directly to the form. So when you click a page, it will seem to be a paft of all the pages the pageframe.
Using form.control.left = form.pageframe.top + ....
and form.control.top = form.pageframe.left + ...
will sync both controls.
A workaround solution but nevertheless, will satisfy users.
