Do you know what version the database is from? You might be able to use ODBC as Martin suggests, providing that the tables do not use any of the new features in VFP (like auto-incrementing columns) that were introduced after the last ODBC Driver update - which was for Version 6.0 SP3.

Alternatively you could try the VFP OLEDB provider - you can download that from the VFP Home page at

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates/default.aspx
