May be some other details will help.
Is there only one database stored on the server? Or some locations have their own databases?
What kind of 'data corruption' do they experience ?
Batching transactions? Do you mean that besides users who make transactions instantly there are 'external' transactions stored separately? If so, while "batching transactions" do you lock those records to prevent users to work on them?
