Hi Tanvir,

You can probably use AdoX.Catalog.Create() - untested:
Local oCatalog As AdoX.Catalog
oCatalog = NEWOBJECT('AdoX.Catalog')
oCatalog.Create("Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=D:\test55.mdb")


(FWIW, I agree with Martin that access.MDB is probably not the very best back-end format in the world.)
