Yep, that's what I like about WordPress. You literally can plug in any great design for your entire web site (by just clicking a button!) and choose among thousands from some very creative people. Some of these are free but many are for a fee (usually not too much). Foxpress is the same idea...

And Windows 8 uses CSS/HTML for the default interface so... er it kinda makes sense to venture out from the "gray" world of land-locked GUIs...
