I am using wwFTP in my replication program either. The wwFTP just works fine for me, except it may cause file partially uploadwed/downloaded on dial-up connection. I have modify the class to check for file size to determine sucess or not.
May be you should check out your parameter passed to method, just as case-sensitive issue, and path .. like ./ft is not same with ./ft/

I am not the most powerful man in this world.
I am not the worst man in this world either.
I just as same as all of you.
I still need to learn from my mistakes...
