..and at KFCs / McDs here 'humble' pies (**) are considered as 'luxury' by high percentage of people even in the capital city of Jakarta where most if not ALL (and there are soo many of them) luxury cars are acquired in cash .. what an irony .. external and internal unbalance .. :-S
