First things first. Go get VFP9. Although not really good looking you can transform the forms you create there to HTML pages with all the controls that are supported in HTML.

As for the business logic, you really might need some stuff for that like WebConnect (west-wind.com), some of the stuff as can be found on http://www.coliseosoftware.com.ar/ifox/english/default.asp, foxweb, AFP, ActiveVFP and other stuff (either free or paid).
