You can easily create a table and append the data from the array you just need to know the structure of the data.

Lets assume your array is a 3 column array with the following information:
column 1 - 100001 Id code for column 1
column 2 - Mike First Name
column 3 - Dershowitz Last Name

Create a cursor with the 3 columns(fields) like the following:
create cursor mycursor (myid i,fname c(25),lname c(25))

Then you can simply append the records into the cursor.

append from array myarray
